Pink 2 – Jacquemus x Boris de Beijer

Jacquemus, for the much-talked-about fashion and lifestyle object collection, collaborated with Dutch artist Boris de Beijer, who explores the limits between functional and non-functional design. Their collaboration resulted in the handmade dainty creations made from coarse blown glass in pink colour, accompanied by colourful decorative elements, a combination generating a feeling of surprise.

Big Talk – Adam Goodrum for Blå Station

The strong use of geometry, accentuated by colours, is prominent in the “Big Talk” armchair. It’s composed of a circular seat and a semi-circular cross-section backrest, both made from foam to acquire volume. The backrest consists of rows in similar hues, alluding to the available fabric samples. The concept centres around “tet-a-tet”: two people converse as one observes the chromatic gradation of the other’s chair. Adam Goodrum won the Interior Design Magazine award for best design of the year in the seating category.

Swan Centerpiece – Natalia Triantafylli

Having studied design and ceramics and after a full scholarship from the Burberry Design Foundation, Natalia Triantafylli has adopted an aesthetic approach that references utopia, drawing inspiration from actual objects. For the “Swan” centerpiece, she has combined 3D printed Victorian figure patterns with porcelain vases.

Osaka Sofa – Pierre Paulin

This sofa-sculpture, a characteristic work of Pierre Paulin from 1967, was renewed by the company LaCividina. In reality, it consists of distinct organic and curved modules that can be combined in any way. This results in a new piece of furniture each time. The fabric, aiming for comfort, is made from layers of polyurethane foam.

For a Fleeting Moment - Bijin Davis

Bijin Davis, an up-and-coming designer with Japanese and Indian roots, captured with an object the condition of the developing form as it adapts to a new environment. The aluminum row of shelves reflects white light as a unit but when it approaches another row colour appears and grows more intense as the distance between them grows smaller. This creates the ability of a continuous transformation as demonstrated in the following video: https://vimeo.com/564559589

Meta Side Table – New Tendency

The distinctive side table by New Tendency is crafted with thin matte surfaces in rectangular and circular shapes. Depending on the point of view the object appears either thin and light or heavy and bulky. At the same time, through its different surfaces, it provides the user with the necessary storage space.

Banquet Chair – Nick Ross for Niko June

Inspired by minimalist design and the vivacious social life of the 90s, “Banquet Chair” is a simple design that can, however, accompany any human social activity. It’s made from beechwood, a material that changes colour as it matures, transforming the object with the passing of time.

Patio Bench – Melina Xenaki

Ceramic designer Melina Xenaki designed and crafted each tile that constitutes the “Patio Bench” herself, a unique creation adorning the patio of OOAK architects’ “Patio House” in Karpathos. The pattern and colour of the bench refer to the surroundings of the house, the open sea.

Cleo Chair x Dusen Dusen 01 – Ellen van Dusen for Dims

This is a new special version of the beloved “Cleo Chair” of Stine Aas. Ellen van Dusen, known for the geometric and colourful patterns she inscribes on fabric, designed the chair with a modernist viewpoint and obvious references to De Stijl.

Opus - Form Us With Love for +Halle

Having learned important lessons from the pandemic-induced social restrictions, Form Us With Love created a seating collection with unique, light and elegant pieces. By attaching a tall panel, the dining chair is transformed to personal space, fit for a hotel lobby or an office. It’s a chair dual in nature, in tune with the needs of the contemporary individual.

Harry Thaler celebrates 10 years of the “Pressed Chair” for Nils Holger Moormann

Ten years after this industrial chair’s initial launch, its design seems more relevant than ever. “Pressed Chair” is a 2.5mm aluminium sheet, which, as it folds, creates a functional seat. It's a completely recyclable creation, one constructed after many trial versions in the studio. Its folds and curves are part of that exact construction process. For the tenth anniversary of the chair’s initial presentation, the Nils Holger Moormann company is launching a special edition “Pressed Chair” with a matte surface and in white colour.
